Wu Style Long Form
This is a set routine comprising of 100 postures which flow together to create a single form which lasts approximately 30 minutes from beginning to end. This Wu Style Long Form was used at the Hallamshire Hospital in a study of four conditions including heart attack, heart failure, balance disorders and hypertension (high blood pressure).
A period of calm reflection which has many benefits to health, both mental and physical. Meditation is practiced widely to help normalise blood pressure and reduce heart rate.
